People often come to me knowing their movement is compromised but not knowing how, or why, or maybe even where. For over 20 years I have helped people like you alleviate and prevent pain, while building stable bodies. As both a corrective exercise / movement specialist and massage therapist I have the ability to assess movement and determine whether exercise is needed or if greater benefit can result from therapeutic massage.
My approach begins with a firm belief that a basic understanding of how to move is essential, as well as awareness around how your body has adapted, in order to create lasting change, greater ease, and pain reduction.
I provide therapeutic massage and corrective exercises to locate and rehabilitate areas of injury, strain or dysfunction. I will teach you optimal movement patterns so that better coordination and balance are achieved.
